This home was fully renovated and was extended by adding on a double lock up garage with a master bedroom, walk-in robe and en-suite above. The living area was extended out on the other side of the home to maximise the internal living space. The entire house was weather boarded to achieve the beach Hamptons look. Internally the upstairs part of the house was connected to the lower part, which was an old garage/granny flat, with a staircase to improve the flow and connection of the house while adding additional square meterage to the home.. The existing bathroom, kitchen and whole interior was renovated and given a fresh, modern renovation.
