-We spend time understanding how you live, want to live, and create a home that is functional and adds value to your day to day.
-We will help you navigate the big and small decisions and ensure the project runs smoothly and on budget.
-We will have weekly check-ins to keep you up to date with what's happening on the project.
Future Proof: We work closely with real estate agents and architects to ensure we will be adding value to your home.

Shawn Jacobs
Director/Owner
Shawn has a degree in project management and more the 23 years experience in the building industry. He has been exposed to a multitude of projects, all adding to a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of the building industry internationally as well as locally. Shawn's experience has been varied with experience gained in residential and commercial construction. He is completely focused on developing client relationships and ensuring that the building process is a positive stress free experience.
Shawn loves seeing projects come to life, has a great eye for details and he has a passion for creating beautiful, well crafted homes for his clients to enjoy for years and even decades to come.

Claudine Jacobs

Claudine handles most of the communication with our clients making sure the client has a stress free renovation/extension experience. She works on understanding our clients and exactly what their vision and needs are for their home. She has always had a love of being creative and having done some interior design and decorating courses she loves being involved in the part of the projects when the home starts to come alive. Part of us helping keep the process stress free for out clients is that Claudine offers free design advice and sourcing of materials and samples for our clients.
